Which magazine’s have we seen you in? I have been featured in magazines around the world like GQ, Esquire, Playboy, FHM, Maxim, Mandatory and MensXP. But all in all I would say I am up at about 130 magazines at the time being.
What magazine cover? Of covers I have FHM, Playboy, Flava Girl, Venus Says, Gear, Slitz, HFL, Pillow Talk and some more.
How does it feel to be the May cover model for MOLL Mag? It is always a truly please to get a cover and MOLL is a great magazine so I am very please about it! The best part about it is not the cover but the fact that you guys wishes to print my work! That I am very thankful for!
Heritage? I am actually quite the mixed breed 🙂 My mother has her roots in Slovenia/Italy/Germany/Austria and Serbia and my father is half Danish/Swedish. So I am almost all of Europe mixed into one.
What’s it like living in Denmark? Did you grow up there? Living in Denmark is if you ask me is a great place. We have a great healthcare system and we have an okay welfare system that takes care of the more disadvantaged in people in society. And our schools pays students to study so that motivates and helps them a lot in their study period. But we are also one of the countries in the world who pays the highest taxes. But we therefor don’t have to pay to go to the doctor or hospital so for me it is fine that it works that way. We have some of the oldest buildings in the world, some of them build before USA was discovered. So we have a lot of history. We have four seasons but mostly it feels like fall all summer long. But the summer we have is amazing and I love it here! I was born and grew up here and most of my childhood I spent out on the country side! I am a nature person so this is where I feel at home! My dream is to get my own little farm some day!
Where have you traveled to? Any favorite places particularly? I have traveled to many parts of Europe like Spain, England, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Switzerland, France, Norway, Sweden, Turkey, USA. My favorite places are Los Angeles and Ljubljana Slovenia. I love it there as L.A always has a blue sunny sky and people are very opened and welcoming as they also are in Slovenia but I also love Slovenia as I feel home there because of my roots. Must be running in my veins that I somehow belong here.
How did you get started in modeling? I started modeling when I was about 22 years old. I got discovered by a photographer who wanted to take my picture. At first I didn’t want to because I was unsure about if I had what it takes to become a model but he convinced me otherwise so I agreed to try it out. The images came out great and I got a lot of positive feedback on them. That inspired me to pursue a career as a model and I got into an agency but after some time I decided to go solo and be my own agent!
How do you deal with haters? What motivates you? I think you will always experience some people that don’t approves of what you are doing no matter what you do. If it is because of jealousy or they just don’t like your look doesn’t matter. You just have to ignore them because you can’t please everyone no matter what. If i wanted to save the world there would still be someone out there who would hate me for doing so. You just gotta learn to live with it and not let it get to you.! It can be hard but you learn how to deal with it as time pass. You get stronger by each time you get a bump on the road!
Advice for new models?
The advice I can give to girls who want to try out as a model, start with contacting an agency who can help you get started and get you in touch with some photographers to make a portfolio for you. If you want to make it on your own then make sure to check up on the photographer before you meet up with him, you never know if he is for real or a person who pretends to be something he is not.
It can be a dangerous place to be if you don’t know how to take care of yourself in the business. It’s hard work and you must take care of yourself because nobody else does! I’m not trying to scare the girls but you must keep that in mind! And you must get in contact with the editors of some good magazines to get much and good exposure, then you will open many doors for new adventures that are just waiting for you! And always remember to be humble and nice because no one wants to work with a stuck up diva who thinks she is already a star. And remember to be on time and because time is money and no one will book a model who’s late!
What you do for fun… I like to spend time playing PS3 or go out with some friends or stay in for a movie night with some good horror. I don’t go out partying like I used to do. Guess I’ve gotten older. So now I prefer a good dinner with some good friends or go for a walk in the forest with my two dogs.
3 places you would take us to visit in your country… I would take you to see the queens castle in the center of Copenhagen (our capital city) called Amalienborg. Then I would take you out to see the statue of The Little Mermaid that was made to honor one of our greatest Authors H.C. Andersen’s fairytale also by the name The Little Mermaid. And last but not least Nyhavn which is one of the oldest parts of the Copenhagen harbour and dates back to 1673 and the houses there are from the same period. I love the atmosphere there a long with all the cafes a long the harbour. Just lovely!
Your prediction for the 2014 World Cup and which country(s) will you be representing? I would put my money on Brazil, Spain, Germany and Italy. The two last mentioned are also the two countries I would be representing.
What type of modeling you most enjoy? I like doing bikini or lingerie shots and that is also the field I have been focusing on in my career as a model. I have a normal relationship to my body so this has worked fine for me so far.
Turn ons: I like almost everything about a man so I have no recipe on what my turn ons are. It is different from man to man what I fall for.
Turn offs: A narrow minded or don’t know how to be nice to other people, are racists or don’t like animals then i am out! I can not condone.
Tell us a joke: A blonde, a redhead, and a brunette were all lost in the desert. They found a lamp and rubbed it. A genie popped out and granted them each one wish. The redhead wished to be back home. Poof! She was back home. The brunette wished to be at home with her family. Poof! She was back home with her family. The blonde said, “Awwww, I wish my friends were here.”
Hobbies: I love to read books about history or paint! But I truly find my peace of mind out deep in the forest where I often go for a walk with my two dogs. Besides that I spend time doing genealogy research to find ancestors. A bit of a nerd I know but that is one of my main hobbies.
The perfect date: Don’t think I have ant recipe one how a good date should be but if I have to put some words on a good date it would be that we both get speak-ing space because if the conversation is running smoothly and both of us are listening intensely to what the other person has to say, then things are going well! So find a topic that both of you have an interest in. Make eye contact and show with your body language that you are listening. I don’t like people who talk too much about themselves or talk down about other people. This can really ruin everything during a date. We both need to be heard, so if he only talks about himself, I’ll get bored! I’ll be polite and listen, but I will not be going on another date with him. Oh and I actually prefer to do something fun than go to some fancy restaurant and just sit and eat. Thats not really my choice of fun or romance.
On my ipod right now: The Rolling Stones, The Doors, Madonna, Michael Jackson, Depeche Mode and many more of that kind. I love the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s mostly.
The dream job: The job I am doing right now. I love being a model and TV personality so I could not ask for more!
To my FANS: I thank all of you guys for taking the time to read what I have to say and I do hope to see you on my facebook page! That would be a honor because with out you I am nothing! So thank you once again!
The next five years I plan: I don’t really plan that much ahead, I live in the present and focus on that and then time will tell me what happens in the future. I don’t believe in a life that is planned so far ahead. I do dream and try to make my dreams a reality but no further than that.
Sports I like: I am not the big sports fan but if I should pick one it would be soccer, but only if it’s live at a stadium.
Biggest fear: The day my two dogs has to leave this earth. That will be tough:(
Top moment of my career so far: One of the biggest achievements in my career is most certainly my cover of Playboy magazine when i was a Playmate in both USA, Slovenia, Poland, Netherlands, Romania and South Africa. But also my work in GQ magazine, Esquire magazine, Maxim Magazine and that i have been published and almost every country that you find FHM magazine.
Anything else you would like to add? Just want to thank you guys at MOLL Mag for having me and making me a part of the family! I am very thankful for this!
