Welcome back NADDYA how does it feel being back yet again for another 2024 SWIMWEAR SPECIAL EDITION cover feature for our APRIL MONTH EDITION?

Today’s cover feature theme is all about the MAGICAL MOMENTS SUMMER GIVES US and BEING ONE WITH NATURE AND THE TRANQUILITY OF ITS SURROUNDINGS, what does that all mean to you in a nutshell NADDYA, please share and explain to us and your fans?

Where I live, I am surrounded by beautiful nature all year around. I am lucky to have beautiful surroundings so near me. I am also near the beach, and that it’s so amazing, which makes me grateful and happy.
For this photoshoot me and Darren returned to one of our favorite beaches. We call it our #secretspot. We have done a few shoots there before. It’s a bit of a treck down to the beach, but always worth it as the place is secluded and private.
As we all know 2024 is so far a hectic year for some of us… We would like to know how do you keep calm in the crazy hustle & bustle of 2024 so far, give us YOUR 5 STEP CALMING PLAN?
My 5-step plan consists of the following:
- My beautiful cat Hendrix, who I love so much. He is the light of my life and he makes me very happy!
- Connect and surround yourself with nature. Everyone needs a daily touch of “Mother Earth” and appreciation.
- Daily affirmations and gratitude is imperative in our day-to-day life. To set goals and clear our minds of focus. To be grateful for what we have, instead of thinking of the things what we don’t have already.
- Friends and meditation… Surround yourself with people who will lift you up and bring you positive vibes, people who are happy for you and supportive! Beautiful music and to take time for yourself when life is getting hectic!
- Do YOU, it’s your life and no one else’s, set boundaries and own it Do what makes you happy and be confident. If your gut feeling is telling you something is off then change it, you are the boss of your life!
