The GORGEOUS GWENDOLINE, is all about being Feisty, Passionate, Kind hearted… as well as she loves ROCKING THE COLOR RED with anything and everything when it comes to FASHION!!
In her spare time GWENDOLINE also loves FITNESS and competed in IBFF SOUTH AFRICA where she achieved 5th Place, which is truly a magnificent achievement non the less, as GWENDOLINE is a part-time model, and MOM at the age of 43, as she says the following and we quote her:
“I know some may think that I am too old to start, but age is just a number and you never too old to pursue your dreams.”

Welcome GWENDOLINE and BIG congrats on your cover feature and for our NOVEMBER 2023 edition, how does it feel to be on the cover?
I feel absolutely honored and blessed in so many ways. I never in my life thought I would be a cover girl.

For this month’s edition, we focus on “FASHION PERSONIFIED” what would these words mean to you GWENDOLINE, please share?
To me fashion personified means that the fashion you choose is a reflection of your personality. It’s how you would put your own spin on a dress as to what someone else would do. You bring forth your inner self into the concept of fashion.
It’s how you put something together as to how someone else would do it with the same outfit.
“Be your own kind of beautiful.”
It’s time to introduce yourself to our readers followers and fans GWENDOLINE where do you reside from & where did your passion for modeling all start as well is what makes YOU being YOU?
My name is Gwendoline Nienaber, I’m a 43-year-old “model mom”, I live in Alberton South Africa and I work for Caxton Local Media. My passion started when I was at a very young age and my first pageant was ” Miss Regents Park Primary”.
I’ve always loved being in front of the camera and I remember when I was younger and we had people coming over I would get all dressed up. I had my first big photoshoot with Steve Green when I was 17, my grandfather took me in his Blue VW Beetle. I literally only started modeling again when I was 40. And I’m loving every minute of it,

What makes me, is that I live each and every day to the fullest. I’m a dreamer and you never know when something big may come of it. Walk into the room and have no friends, leave and your friends with everyone. I do what I’m comfortable with and we only have one life and one chance at this.
What made this photoshoot so special and memorable from the other YOU did thus far GWENDOLINE?
When Photographer Karl Daniels messaged me and said what do want to do meaning (photoshoot) I said to him I want different, doing something different makes you stand out from the rest. I’ve done many shoots and this one was different it was ‘Beauty Personified “, be different be unique and be you.
It was a pleasure working with Karl, he has so many different techniques and I felt so at home and so comfortable with him. Karl brings out the absolute best in the models HE works with and so down to earth and when I got my pictures back it was WOW and worth every minute.
Describe yourself in 3 words, how would your friends, family and loved ones describe you the best GWENDOLINE?
“Feisty, Passionate & Kind hearted”
When it comes to SELF-WORTH and LOVING YOURSELF, Gwendoline give us 5 pointers on working on how to build up one’s SELF ESTEEM and on how to LOVE YOURSELF before you can love anyone else?
- Love the Lord first
- Always be humble, there is always someone prettier or better than you. But don’t forget YOU ARE UNIQUELY YOU!!
- Have an attitude of gratitude
- Love and work with what you have
- Appreciate the small things in life
In your own words GWENDOLINE, what brings a CULTURE & COUNTRY together in UNITY and what does it mean to you personally being a SOUTH AFRICAN woman?
I’m proudly South African the land of milk and honey. Although there are tough times going on in our country but I stand for this country and make it work.
“The culture we have is a vibe on its own,”
like when we won the RUGBY WORLD CUP, the nation stood together for our country and it stirred such a wonderful passion that I felt that I want to put forth the passion I have in every good I do in everything I do.
I am truly proudly South African. I also absolutely love people and my passion is people of all race, cultures & backgrounds, and I make friends wherever I go!!
FUN FACTS WITH COVERMODEL GWENDOLINE NIENABER NOV 2023 MOLLMAGSA
HOBBIES OTHER THAN MODELING, WHAT WOULD WE FIND YOU BE DOING IN YOUR SPARE TIME? – I love to train as fitness is also important to me and I actually got 5th place as Ms. fitness IBFF… and I trained for 5 weeks for it.
I also love to do mosaics, read, work in the garden, spend time with my family and one day when I make enough money I would love to travel. (I’m a biker girl just need my R6 lol!!)
AS A MOM WHAT WOULD YOU SAY IS YOUR MOST FAMOUS FAMILY FOOD DISH TO MAKE AND ENJOY WITH YOUR LOVED ONES? – I make amazing roast potatoes. I love cooking in general, but I need the time to make what I like. I enjoy quality time when we do weekends away it’s so specific because time slips away so quick.
YOUR FAVORITE THING OF LIVING LIFE TO THE FULLEST IS…? – The fact that I get to open my eyes every day is knowing that I can do this day. Try everything at least once, you never to old.
Life is for living and if you don’t succeed at one thing then try another. My mom said I’m the one in the family that has the most guts because nothing is too hard to do if you put your mind to it and you want to do it!
YOUR FAVORITE TOP 3 MOVIES OF ALL TIME WOULD BE? – This one is so tricky but these are my top 3 for sure:
- The Notebook
- Dirty Dancing
- Top Gun
FITNESS ROUTINE HOW DO YOU KEEP IN SHAPE GIVE US THE RUN-DOWN ON YOUR DAILY WORKOUT ROUTINE? – I train every day, for IBFF I trained twice a day. My son Dylan still said to me “Mom you cutting this one tight” he was my personal trainer (he is a qualified personal trainer), my mentor and oh boy was he hard on me…
I do cardio every day for 20 to 30 minutes and train a body part. Legs are my best…. I love training legs.
It’s also what you eat, I try to eat clean, have good carbs. I don’t eat processed foods at all, but my downfalls are definitely chocolate. “A moment on the lips, is a lifetime on the hips” lol (for sure my #cheatmeal now & then)
EVERYONE OF US HAS A HIDDEN TALENT WHAT IS YOURS PLEASE SHARE? – I tend to bring calmness to situations… be your own light that shines bright. I am a part time actor too so I’m sure that’s a talent I thought I couldn’t do but I did…Then I can also touch my elbow with my tongue and they say it’s humanly impossible to do.
FASHION STATEMENT WHATS YOUR FAVORITE OUTFIT AND LOOK THAT WILL GIVE YOU CONFIDENCE FOR LOOKING AND FEELING BEAUTIFUL THIS SUMMER SEASON GWENDOLINE? – I rock red, red is my go-to color for anything and everything I wear.
BIRTH MONTH / STARSIGN? – August month (I’m a thoroughbred Leo!)
WORDS OF WISDOM INSPIRATIONAL QOUTE OF THE DAY PLEASE SHARE? – “The most beautiful curve on a woman’s body is her smile”
